Benefits of Celtic Pride Patented Dies and Chain:

  • The Injector dies are one-piece CNC machined out of 8620 shaft and hardened to approx. 57 Rockwell. During testing, we applied forces of up to 220,000lbs on one die. The die withstood the force.  Many companies have cast dies that are not accurately casted and are brittle.

  • The injector dies have three radius's on the back side of the dies that follow the ball bearings and transfer the pressure directly to the pipe.  

​

  • The aluminum chain guard can be easily removed and allows easy access to the whole of the back side of the chain. An experienced operator can change chains in approx. 20 minutes.​
